Our story
A6Systems was founded by engineers and operators who had spent years on the hiring side of the table. We knew what a good shortlist looked like — and how rarely one arrived. So we built an agency around two commitments: never send a candidate we wouldn't hire, and never leave anyone waiting for an answer.
Today we support scale-ups and Fortune 500 teams across six industries, with practitioner-led screening in every technical discipline we recruit for.
